Registered Nurse Supervisor

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the 3rd shift at a state center serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3rd shift Coordinate and oversee nursing care delivery for residents Manage staffing assignments and shift coverage Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Monitor patient care, documentation, and clinical practices Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team Address and resolve clinical or operational issues as they arise Minimum Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania Previous supervisory experience in a residential or developmental disability setting Strong leadership and decision-making skills Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards Excellent communication and organizational abilities Work Schedule 3rd Shift: 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM Full-time opportunity Why Join This Role?
