Responsibilities The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction. As an Evening Working Supervisor at RiverRidge, you'll play a key leadership role in guiding the team while remaining hands-on in resident care.
