Job Description
Golden Paws Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our compassionate, community-focused team in Golden, Colorado! At Golden Paws, we are passionate about supporting the pets and families of our community while empowering our RVTs to work at the top of their license. This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry and wants to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment. In this role, you will: Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs. Ensure an efficient surgical and procedural workflow, anticipating the needs of the veterinary team and patients. Communicate with clients to review treatment plans, answer questions, and provide discharge instructions with empathy and clarity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys being hands-on in-patient care, and wants to make a meaningful impact both inside and outside the hospital. This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
