JobID: 628 Position Type: Support Staff/Registrar Date Posted: 5/7/2026 Location: Agua Caliente Elementary School Agua Caliente Elementary School is seeking a Registrar. This person compiles and maintains accurate records of student enrollment, receives and directs callers and visitors, and also performs a variety of clerical and other tasks requiring independent action and decision making. This position is open to internal and external candidates. This position is for school year 2026-2027. Example of duties Follows policies and procedures that ensure the school operates within legal compliance and school guidelines Maintains confidential student information and ensures security of records Inputs data Creates spreadsheets and compiles data based on reports from the student information system. Communicates with and assists parents, teachers, support staff and school leadership in line with the school's core values Check in/out visitors in alignment with board policies Accepts deliveries and notifies staff of incoming deliveries Answers parent and staff questions regarding enrollment Participates in intake process with department prior to enrollment Compile and prepare enrollment packets for the registration process Processes withdrawals in the student information system Notifies school leadership of student disenrollment in their school Verifies enrollment information entered by families Creates reports Learns and utilizes the school database system to find information and run reports Maintains physical and computerized records Performs general tasks such as making copies, answering phones and delivering messages Maintains and updates attendance each period by coordinating with parents, students, and staff Organizes attendance records in accordance with state guidelines Assists parents with signing out students. Respond to all school related written correspondence, phone calls, voicemails, and emails When appropriate, document and report to the school's management all formal disciplinary actions involving staff; if applicable, addressing and resolving complaints from students, parents, and staff in a timely manner; referring individuals to the proper personnel as appropriate to ensure compliance.
