Registration Clerk - CCMC PRN

Job Posting: Registration Clerk Location: Clay County Medical Center Schedule: As needed PRN position with open availability between 7:30am - 5:30pm Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registration Clerk to join our team at Clay County Medical Center to cover shifts as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients checking in for appointments. Maintain current patient documentation (insurance, address, phone number, consent for treatment etc.) Collect copayments at time of service. Answer incoming calls and manage messages. Schedule patient appointments efficiently. Support clinical staff with various tasks as needed. Qualifications: Strong office skills and proficiency with computers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality. Previous medical experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right person. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed for the benefit of the department and our patients. Requirements: Post-offer drug screen, background check, and physical exam are required.
