Regulatory Associate Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, Regulatory to join its legal team in a generalist supporting capacity. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and writing for attorneys and clinical/operations teams Review agreements and advise on federal and state healthcare regulations Manage licensing and regulatory filings related to multi-state physician group operations Required Qualifications JD Degree and barred in at least one state, with the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York 3+ years of relevant post-JD work experience preferred Experience in healthcare law and regulations Ability to work in a high-growth, ambiguous environment Mission-driven to support innovative care delivery models for underserved populations
