Position: Compliance & Regulatory Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $90–$125/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon compliance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Develop scenarios in policy and program design, regulatory tracking, and assessments with checkable answers. Create policies and training materials covering required elements and defined curricula. Conduct rule change analyses with ground-truth applicability decisions. Design risk assessments with defined scoring and DPIAs with correct control mappings. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs. Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act. Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos. Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics. Preferred CIPP, CAMS, JD, or equivalent certifications.
