A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join their legal team, focusing on healthcare delivery and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review training materials, legal advice, contracts, policies, and procedures Perform and analyze legal research on regulatory compliance and healthcare laws Advise hospital teams on regulatory and compliance matters impacting care delivery Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school Active Bar license in California, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia, Nevada, or Hawaii 3-5+ years of regulatory experience in healthcare settings Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as FDA, HIPAA, Stark, and Anti-Kickback Experience in hospital operations, clinical settings, and credentialing
