Rehab Supervisor / Supportive Employment Coach (CDL) - ADS

JOB Purpose of Position: The Rehabilitation Supervisor supervises mentally and/or physically handicapped adults in the facility and community based settings. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.Directly supervise mentally and/or physically handicapped individuals and act as a working supervisorin all areas of the departmentInstruct/train clients by demonstrating and/or explaining duties and proceduresSetup workstations and/or provide adaptive measures for clientsCoordinate/stage raw materials for projectsPerform work inspections for quality and completenessProvide personal care such as feeding, lifting, and toileting as neededProvide job coaching and appropriate documentation/feedbackAccurately maintain work related performance documentation of clients
