Description Conduct patient evaluations in either outpatient or inpatient settings and create tailored treatment strategies Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes Guide patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and prescribed exercises for home Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress according to facility and legal standards Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure seamless and coordinated care Education Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a related accredited degree Certifications Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR cer
