Failure to comply with the Company s policies and procedures onpatient privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and includingtermination of employment. May access protectedhealth information and other patient information only to the extent that isnecessary to complete job duties. May only share such information with thosewho have a need to know specific patient information in order to complete jobresponsibilities related to treatment, payment or other Company operations.
