Qualifications JOB SUMMARY The Reinvest Workforce Navigator reports to the Reinvest Program Manager and is accountable for delivering system navigation and employment support services to participants in the California Community Reinvestment Grants Program (CalCRG). . This role provides direct services including outreach, intake, needs assessment, individualized service planning, and ongoing case management. The Workforce Navigator also leads job development efforts by engaging employers, building workforce partnerships, and connecting participants to employment opportunities. The position coordinates and facilitates monthly workshops focused on life skills, wellness, and workforce readiness to promote participant stability and long-term success. The Workforce Navigator maintains accurate documentation, tracks participant progress, and ensures compliance with all CalCRG reporting requirements. We are looking for someone who insists on maintaining a positive attitude and enjoys supporting a diverse group of people. This is a grant-funded position for a term of up to 3 years, with continuation contingent on funding and program needs.
