Website www.flatirons.bank Contact careers@flatirons.bank Role And Responsibilities The Relationship Banker III plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong banking relationships with both consumer and business clients. This individual is responsible for deepening client engagement through tailored financial solutions, including deposit services and credit products. The Relationship Banker III serves as a trusted advisor and takes initiative in outreach and networking efforts to expand the bank’s presence in the community, as well as a background in cash handling, operations, sales and client service. This person may also be relied upon to train other entry level bankers. This position is based in Longmont and will be covering Boulder from time to time. The specific responsibilities are further outlined below: Client Service & Sales Responsible for providing high-quality client experience for new, existing, and prospective clients. Effectively communicates the value of Flatirons Bank to prospects and Bank clients to market, deepen, and grow relationships. Cross sells the Bank’s products and services and refers clients to appropriate staff as appropriate. Manages a small book of business by actively connecting with clients to build lasting relationships and grow their relationship with the Bank. Reinforces the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow-through with involved customers and employees. Performs Teller duties, cashes checks, savings withdrawals, and issues cashier’s checks; confirms all necessary documents are properly authorized, are in proper form and are within authorized limits; makes decisions when questionable items are presented for cashing. Provides effective customer service by answering client questions; investigates and corrects errors; and resolves problems or other issues. Community Engagement & Business Development Represent Flatirons Bank at local networking events, community meetings, and business development forums. Actively engage in client outreach outside of the bank to raise brand awareness and build community trust. Partner with local business organizations and nonprofit groups to identify and support shared goals. Promote the Flatirons Bank brand as a trusted local banking resource.Operations & Compliance Ensure all loan and account documentation is accurate and compliant with federal and state regulations.
