Relationship Manager - Renewals & Growth Location: This position is based in New York City, and in-office attendance is required Monday-Thursday with the ability to be remote on Friday. Demonstrated track record of surpassing retention and revenue goals, fueling business growth. Sharp commercial instincts, with hands-on experience negotiating contracts and driving effective renewals. Adept at creating powerful advocacy programs that generate referrals, references, and testimonials to boost credibility. Exceptional communicator with a talent for cultivating strong, lasting client relationships. Skilled at juggling multiple accounts and priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Well-versed in CRM and customer success tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Gainsight to optimize account management.
