To learn more, please visit our website at www.huberwood.com Position Summary Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities and maintenance activities. Defines, develops, administers, and helps refine the preventive/predictive maintenance program. Reduces and improves maintenance activities wherever feasible; assuring efficient and productive operation of plant, processes and equipment; while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets; all at the least costs practical. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Help to develop and administer an overall preventative/predictive maintenance program and update existing programs Ensures that all maintenance activities and activities comply with all safety, health and environmental requirements. Monitor and improve lubrication processes throughout the mill including responsibility for Oil Analysis, Lube Routes, Thermography, Vibration, Ultrasound, etc Conduct RCA investigations for recurring failures and significant downtime events, eliminating potential for future recurrence.
