Roughly 75% of our workforce are Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). They are our life force! Job Responsibilities Providing support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD) Providing support with activities of daily living: to include but not limited to- personal hygiene of both males and females Providing active treatment Daily documentation and record keeping Medication administration Community inclusion and engagement Requirements Mandatory Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Preferred Qualifications (1) Full year of successful experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or other types of developmental disabilities. CNA license Flexible schedule Shift Availability PRN/Relief: On-call/flexible.
