About Us Modern Luxury Remodeling is a small, high-end residential remodeler.We're doing a remodel on a lake house in Weare, NH and need a reliable local helper/ carpenter to work directly with the GC/owner on site.Responsibilities Demo and debris removal Moving/lifting materials (lumber, drywall, doors, flooring, etc.) Site cleanup and organization at the end of each day Assisting with:Framing and blocking Drywall prep and spackle Basic carpentry tasks (measuring, cutting) Installing LVP flooring.Paint prep and painting.Following safety rules and taking direction from the GC Requirements Some construction or hands-on labor experience (remodeling, framing, drywall, etc.) Able to lift 50lbs and work on your feet all day Reliable transportation to the job in Weare, NH On time, willing to work hard, and able to follow direction closely Respectful and professional on an occupied property Legal to work in the U.S.Compensation $22-$32 per hour, depending on experience and skill Paid trial day at the start to make sure it's a good mutual fit Schedule & Duration Typical hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM Initial sprint:April 13-24 (10-12 working days) Strong possibility of additional work on future phases if it's a great fit How to Apply Please apply with:Your name and phone number Where you live (town/city) A brief description of your construction experience Your expected hourly rate We will contact selected candidates for a quick phone/Zoom interview and then a paid trial day on site.Pay:$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:On-the-job training Tools provided Work Location:In person.
