Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Contractor to lead and execute a wide range of residential and commercial renovation projects. In this role, you will oversee all phases of remodeling, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will drive successful transformations of spaces by coordinating skilled trades, managing materials, and maintaining safety protocols. Responsibilities Execute previously sold remodeling projects from initial day one assessment through completion, including scheduling and resource allocation with assistance from Project Managers. Coordinate with Job Foreman, material suppliers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution. Read and interpret blueprints on occasion, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute design specifications. Participate in the construction such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, painting, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety standards on-site. Regularly complete apartment make-ready renovations for vacant units to prepare for new residents. Work with property managers and supervisors to assess the scope of work and provide material and time estimates. Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling. Ensure proper installation of glass, doors, trim carpentry, stucco, caulking, plastering, fabrication, restoration work, hardscape features, and other specialized tasks. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress through reports and records using a smartphone APP (FieldPulse). Requirements Proven experience in general contracting and carpentry work with a strong background in remodeling projects across residential or commercial sites. * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols on construction sites. Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), tile laying, flooring installation (hardwood or laminate), electrical work (experience preferred), cabinet hanging/installation, plastering/stucco application. Familiarity with construction management software FieldPulse or similar digital tools. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into real-world applications on-site preferred. Strong communication skills to coordinate teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.
