In this energetic role, you'll work alongside skilled professionals to execute a variety of renovation and construction projects.Your hands-on expertise will help bring clients' visions to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail at every stage.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction while contributing to impactful projects that make a difference.Responsibilities Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and finishing work to support remodeling projects.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform carpentry, masonry, and other construction tasks.Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.Conduct construction inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.Support installation of cabinetry, doors, windows, glass panels, and trim carpentry components.Maintain a clean and organized job site by properly storing tools and disposing of debris.Follow safety protocols diligently to promote a secure working environment for all team members.Skills Positive Attitude; ability to communicate with owner, clients, and coworkers.Skilled in framing & finished carpentry; drywall repairs; general repairs Competence in operating hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely.Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving on-site challenges.Join us in creating exceptional spaces where craftsmanship meets innovation!
