Lead Remodeler Wanted Build exceptional spaces and take pride in craftsmanship that lasts. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Remodeler to work on full residential renovations. We gut houses down to the studs and renovate every part of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, framing, plumbing, windows, doors, trim, and finish work. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on remodeling experience and attention to detail. What You’ll Do Perform all phases of residential remodeling and renovation work Complete demolition, framing, trim, cabinetry, drywall, plumbing rough-ins, fixture installation, window and door installation, and finish work Complete high-quality work efficiently Perform maintenance on rental properties. Maintain clean and organized jobsites Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Troubleshoot issues and help keep projects moving What We’re Looking For 5+ years of plumbing experience including rough and finish work 5+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience 5+ years of window installation/replacement experience (preferred) 5+ years of door installation/replacement experience (preferred) Experience with full-home renovations and remodels Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Professional attitude and strong work ethic House maintenance experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-house remodels Skilled in problem-solving and detail work Reliable transportation Full rehab experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Supportive team culture focused on craftsmanship and quality Apply today and help transform homes from the studs up.
