What You'll Do Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform alongside your personal network Reach out to suitable candidates to introduce opportunities with MLR and gauge their interest Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening Keep tabs on leads to maintain engagement and facilitate their hiring journey Ensure that records in our applicant tracking system are precise and current Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads What You Need to Succeed Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive attitude and self-driven approach - you are in command of your day A passion for outreach, forging connections, and guiding individuals in their career paths Previous recruiting experience isn't necessary if you are organized and resourceful, we will teach you everything else How You'll Be Compensated This role operates on a commission-only basis, allowing your earning potential to be limitless and aligned with your achievements.
