Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Remote Assistant at Capex Funds. The role involves calendar management, scheduling, correspondence handling, and organizing virtual meetings. You will also provide general administrative support, assist with client communications, perform data tracking and reporting, and handle confidential information with discretion. The Remote Assistant will ensure smooth daily operations and collaborate with team members to support company initiatives efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Calendar Management, Scheduling, and Organization Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills for handling Correspondence and Professional Interactions Data Entry, Reporting, and Record-keeping Skills for maintaining accurate information Proficiency in using Productivity Tools and Virtual Meeting Platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Google Workspace) Ability to Multitask, Prioritize Tasks, and work Independently in a Remote Environment Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Abilities in fast-paced scenarios Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience is a plus Call Leads, follow up with them, and make sure to answer the prospect's questions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
