Job Description
Mnhomecare is looking for a Telephone Case Manager RN to join UnitedHealth Group. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. The manager will assess member health statuses, educate patients, and make referrals as needed. Applicants should have an unrestricted RN license and at least one year of experience in mental health or behavioral health. A strong benefits package is provided, including a salary range of $60,200 to $107,400 annually.
