Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Remote Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties Engage in outbound calling campaigns to connect with potential clients and generate new business opportunities Conduct warm calling to nurture leads and build rapport with prospects in target industries Present and demonstrate our technology solutions effectively to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits Negotiate terms and close deals by understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and expand market reach Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling techniques to engage prospects proactively Knowledge of CRM software tools, marketing strategies, and technical sales processes is highly desirable Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward building long-term client relationships Join us in transforming the way businesses leverage technology!
