Position Overview We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner Document and update customer information accurately in our CRM system Coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets Qualifications & Requirements Must be located in the United States (U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work in the U.S) 6+ months of customer service, call center, or client relations experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience 100% remote position (US only) Flexible scheduling options with core business hours Paid time off and company holidays Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment focused on growth VIKTech is an equal opportunity employer.
