Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hospitality Support Specialist to assist guests, property managers, and service teams in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. This role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through remote communication tools. Key Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner Assist with booking confirmations, cancellations, and reservation updates Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and service requests remotely Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly Communicate with vendors, cleaners, and property staff to ensure timely service Support daily operations and administrative tasks Escalate urgent guest or operational concerns when necessary Ensure compliance with company hospitality standards and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling platforms, and CRM software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment Strong organizational and time-management abilities Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace Pay: From $29.87 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
