Structural Engineer Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Flexible Schedule Available Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 Build Innovative Structures. What You’ll Do Structural Engineering & Design Lead and support structural engineering design for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, construction documents, and specifications. Develop conceptual and detailed structural designs using industry-standard engineering practices. Participate in construction administration and provide technical support during project execution. Project Management & • Client Collaboration Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and financial performance while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met. Coordinate with subconsultants, agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams. Field Work & • Technical Expertise Perform field surveys and site evaluations. Conduct structural assessments and support forensic engineering investigations when needed. Stay current with evolving engineering trends, technologies, and industry regulations. Business Development & • Leadership Support proposal development, client relationships, and business growth initiatives. Participate in professional organizations and maintain active professional licensure. Contribute technical expertise during presentations, meetings, and project reviews.
