Remote Part-Time Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Part-Time Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. Duties Assist attorneys with case preparation by conducting legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, AI, and other legal research tools Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence Conduct thorough document review and data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of case records Support litigation processes through filing documents electronically and managing deadlines in legal case management software Experience preparing and responding to subpoenas and other discovery Perform client interviews remotely and gather relevant information for case development in family law. Qualifications Proven paralegal experience with a strong understanding of litigation procedures Proficiency with legal research platforms Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents and perform proofreading accurately Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently across teams Effective interviewing techniques for gathering case-related information from clients or witnesses Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: In person
