Primary Responsibilities Deliver remote care throughout a short‑term outcome‑based, evidence‑based program. Monitor participant progress, provide follow‑up communications and care‑coordination recommendations, and document session notes. Assist participants with accessing resources, obtaining consent and authorization forms, and other needs as a care‑team member. Identify and respond to high‑risk participant encounters with elevated safety concerns, following company protocols. Participate in scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings and town halls. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality as described in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and ensure compliance with annual training requirements. 1099 Independent contractor. Required Qualifications 1 or more of the following: Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) (or state equivalent). Currently eligible to be enrolled in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt‑out (if applicable) prior to starting a new position. Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 10hrs a week. Preferred Qualifications Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT, and other solution‑focused approaches. Passion for impacting lives and the future of behavioral care. All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full‑time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
