AbleTo, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Therapist to join our Behavioral Care Team in Utah. As a clinician‑led organization, we are focused on delivering high‑end medical services and compassionate care through evidence‑based protocols. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver remote care throughout short‑term outcome and evidence‑based programs. Monitor participant progress, provide follow‑up communications, care coordination recommendations, and document session notes. Assist participants with accessing resources, obtaining consent and authorization forms, and provide support as a member of the care team. Identify and respond to high‑risk participant encounters with elevated safety concerns, following company protocols. Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and town halls. Maintain confidentiality as described in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and ensure compliance with annual training requirements. Independent contractor (1099). Required Qualifications: 1 or more of the following: Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) (or state equivalent). Eligible to be enrolled in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt‑out prior to starting a new position (if applicable). Ability to maintain a consistent minimum of 10 hrs a week. Preferred Qualifications: Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution‑focused approaches. Proven passion for impacting lives and the future of behavioral care. Benefits and Compensation The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full‑time employment. Salary is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
