Access to health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a major transformation initiative Fully remote work arrangement supporting distributed Agile teams Chance to lead and coach teams through evolving workflows and modern delivery practices Work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as Scrum Master across multiple cross-functional Agile teams Coach teams on Scrum, Lean, and Agile best practices while driving adoption of modern delivery workflows Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews Drive delivery performance using flow-based metrics, ensuring backlog health and readiness Identify and remove impediments, supporting teams in achieving delivery goals What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Experience supporting multiple teams in enterprise or scaled Agile environments Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles Proven experience using metrics to drive delivery improvement Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience supporting cloud, DevOps, or data platform teams Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or similar Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PSM, etc.) Strong interest or experience in AI-enabled workflows and tools #AutomotiveTechnology #AgileDelivery #RemoteWork #ScrumMaster #ContinuousImprovement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
