Position: Solutions Architect (Cloud/Google Cloud Platform) Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a true Solutions Architect with strong Google Cloud Platform cloud expertise to design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work across multiple large-scale programs focused on customer experience, contact center transformation, and AI-driven solutions within the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Design scalable integrations using Kafka (event streaming) Drive architecture for AI/ML and conversational AI solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Agile/SAFe programs Support digital transformation initiatives for contact center and member experience platforms Required Skills: Strong experience as a Solutions Architect (not Tech Lead/Architect variants) Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform cloud architecture Hands-on experience with Kafka / event-driven architecture Experience in AI/ML or conversational AI solutions Prior experience in Healthcare (preferred) or Finance/Insurance domains Nice to Have: Salesforce / Health Cloud experience Contact Center or CX transformation experience
