Job Description
A financial services company is seeking a Tax Manager or early-stage Tax Director to build and lead their in-house tax services function. This is an opportunity to develop a new business unit with ownership and growth potential. Responsibilities include tax preparation, compliance across multiple entities, and team management. The ideal candidate holds a CPA license with 4–8+ years of tax experience. A competitive salary of $120,000–$170,000 plus performance-based bonuses is offered.
