Remote VA Managing Attorney - Equity Eligible

A law firm located in Virginia is looking for a Managing Attorney with five to eight years of experience in Virginia creditors’ rights. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, attending hearings, and finding creative solutions to complex issues.
