Rental Counter Associate You are the primary point of contact for customers to facilitate, manage, and close rental transactions.This is a high-level customer service position to ensure that customers receive the correct equipment! Key Responsibilities:Greeting walk-in customers, answering phone calls, and providing advice on the appropriate equipment for specific jobs.Preparing rental contracts, scheduling reservations, explaining rental fees, and processing payments.Inspecting equipment upon return.Must have product knowledge in various types of construction and equipment and be able to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to lift 50 lbs and more.Supervise & Assist upper equipment shop.Full-time position 40 hours a week including Saturday's, especially during the busy summer season.( M-F 7:30am-5:00pm/Saturdays 7:30-12noon ) Pay:From $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Work Location:In person.
