This position supports our customers and contractors by delivering complete temporary and portable cooling solutions - from quotation to installation. Reporting directly to the HD Rental Services Manager, this role focuses on jobsite solution design, customer satisfaction, and rental growth. Responsibilities Perform all phases of rental fulfillment - delivery, installation, customer satisfaction, and follow up. Demonstrate proper equipment usage to customer at point of delivery/installation. Operate and care for rental equipment, including performing maintenance and minor repairs Facilitate rental quotation and installation in an after-hours/on-call setting Manage rental fleet, including, but not limited to warehouse organization, unit maintenance, check-in/check-out procedures, and tool inventory. Perform analysis on customer rental needs, inventory utilization, and fleet efficiency. Possess strong knowledge of all Hunton Distribution rental product lines and be able to enthusiastically demonstrate and discuss with customers. Develop new customer rental sales accounts by cold-calling various locations in the territory. Increase rental sales to existing accounts. Regularly report rental sales activity, new account development, and upcoming schedule/
