Rental Territory Sales Representative Equipment Rental Sales | Outside Sales | Southeast Texas Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is hiring Rental Territory Sales Representatives to grow equipment rental sales across Southeast Texas. This role focuses on providing equipment rental solutions for construction, industrial, and municipal customers using a fleet of Caterpillar and allied equipment. Responsibilities Include Develop new business and expand equipment rental sales Prospect and build relationships with construction contractors, industrial facilities, and municipalities Visit job sites to recommend equipment solutions for customer projects Prepare rental quotes and proposals Maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service Promote rental equipment including Aerial lifts Generators Air compressors Light towers Construction equipment Caterpillar equipment Meet and exceed territory sales goals Required What We’re Looking For Experience in outside sales, territory sales, or equipment rental sales Strong customer relationship and sales skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment applications Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Excellent communication skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical field, or similar Equivalent experience may be considered Preferred Experience Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with construction equipment or heavy equipment Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment Experience supporting construction, industrial, or municipal customers Join Mustang Cat Mustang Cat — Building Texas… Powering the World .
