Repair and restoration technician

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Repair and Restoration Technician based in Minneapolis, MN. While most work will be performed on-site at client locations, some tasks may be completed remotely. Responsibilities include assessing repair needs, restoring and refinishing wooden surfaces, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining proper tools and materials. The technician will also provide detailed reports on work progress and collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding results. Qualifications Proficiency in wood repair, restoration, and refinishing techniques Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in woodworking and repair work Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret technical specifications related to wood products Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience working in a similar field or demonstrated craftsmanship abilities (preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for on-site tasks) Ability to lift and handle materials and tools as part of repair tasks
