Report Processor

Job OverviewJoin our growing team and play a crucial role in supporting our customers.As the Report Processor, you will be responsible for processing inspection reports submitted by our Independent Contractors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling basic administrative tasks to support daily office operations.Responsibilities Obtain, review, and process inspections reports that are submitted throughout the day.Ensure all reports are obtained and required information has been populated within the reports.Upload processed reports to our website.Follow up on any missing reports via phone call or email.Review website to ensure all reports are uploaded on a daily basis.Answer questions that may arise relating to the report as well as work with other members within the organization to answer questions.Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.Skills Experienced in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including customers, clients, and colleagues.A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment (internal and external clients!).A self-starter with the ability to make sound decisions based on independent judgment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule:8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience:Receptionist:3 years (Required) Language:English and Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute:Deer Park, TX 77536 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Deer Park, TX 77536:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
