Job SummaryJoin our dynamic Summer Youth Program as a Report Writer to support the Workforce Development Summer Youth Experience Program.This role is responsible for documenting participant progress and preparing required reports in alignment with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) job coaching standards.This is an excellent opportunity for college students, education majors, or teachers on summer break who are interested in workforce development, human services, or education.You will be responsible for producing well-structured reports that communicate complex information effectively, ensuring all content adheres to professional standards and style guidelines.If you are passionate about storytelling through data and eager to support youth development programs, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities: Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed case notes and progress reports for program participants Complete required OOD job coaching documentation in compliance with state guidelines Track participant activities, attendance, and skill development outcomes Collaborate with job coaches and program staff to gather relevant participant information Ensure all documentation meets quality, compliance, and submission deadlines Maintain confidentiality of participant records and sensitive information Assist with general administrative and reporting tasks as needed Qualifications: Strong written communication and documentation skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to follow structured reporting guidelines and compliance standards Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Education and or Experience: Experience in workforce development, education, social services, or case management Familiarity with OOD documentation or vocational rehabilitation services Background in writing reports, data tracking, or program documentation Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and completing documentation Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry Ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials for prolonged periods Occasional standing, walking, or moving between work areas or program sites Ability to lift and carry light materials (up to 10-15 pounds), such as files or office supplies Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via electronic devices Pay:$18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
