Overview The Reporting Specialist supports the firm’s reporting operations and product capabilities, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and high‑quality investment reporting. This role plays a key part in enhancing reporting tools, strengthening data integrity, and supporting advisors with performance and risk insights. Key Responsibilities Client Reporting Operations: Execute monthly and quarterly reporting cycles and provide reporting support. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on performance and risk analytics. Reporting Product Development: Build and maintain reporting templates and client portal views, including performance and risk analytics. Lead initiatives to enhance reporting features and capabilities. Data Management: Manage reporting data workflows and feeds in partnership with Platform and Data Ops teams. Monitor key data elements such as security master, allocations, and performance returns. Quality Assurance: Conduct data validation and reporting quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all client deliverables. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in investment portfolio or performance reporting. Background in wealth management, asset management, or investment‑related reporting or data roles. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities. Proficiency with performance and risk analytics. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex datasets. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
