This role is phone‑heavy and ideal for someone confident, organized, and comfortable working high‑volume accounts. What You’ll Do As The Repossessions Coordinator Manage 100–130 active accounts that are 180+ days past due Make 25–50 outbound calls per day to commercial customers Communicate and coordinate with repossession agents Track repossession progress using internal portals and notes Handle disputes, payment plans, and customer negotiations Maintain detailed account documentation and follow‑ups Qualifications For The Repossession Coordinator 2+ years of commercial collections experience (industry flexible) Strong phone presence and negotiation skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Organized, proactive, and able to think on your feet Comfortable working with spreadsheets and account tracking Why You Should Apply For Repossession Coordinator Supportive, collaborative team environment Business‑casual office setting Opportunity to make an immediate impact
