Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and clients or stakeholders. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and requests for information. Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and resolve issues. Represent the company at meetings, events, and community outreach programs. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the database. Provide feedback and insights to management to help improve policies and services. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or representative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours and attend community events as needed.
