Salesforce Developer Hartford, CT – Hybrid 6 months Contract We are seeking candidates who do not require visa sponsorship, are eligible to work on a W2 Maintenance and Operational Support The Contractor shall support the maintenance and operational needs of the System by providing up to forty (40) hours of triage and break/fix support each month during the term of this SOW. The Contractor shall develop fixes to resolve all tickets assigned to the Contractor’s staff through the State’s ticketing system, JIRA. System Enhancements The Contractor shall provide resource(s) to perform the full development and provide support for the design, development, and implementation of the following System enhancements over the term of this SOW: Ability to improve search functionality Client Interactions Updates to 1712 and CBS 5 Document processes NAMERS schema updates Non-Case Activity visibility Payment Generation without CBS-5 Better visibility for users to find notes or tasking on records Increased visibility for made payments Update permissions for all supervisors to be able to reopen cases Link “Closing Reason” and “Closing Outcome” fields Add ability to add addendums to notes after 72 hours have passed Better visibility and updatability on Town field Add visibility for users to get to SWIS Review Data COP Report Configure integration point between Tableau and Salesforce to allow for Real Time updates Build out and deploy SWIS Portal Create interface with connection from Salesforce to impact on payment Print View for Calendar – must include information of client Field Log search in Reporting interface Enhance Notifications – Include Client Name with Case Number Sync Print View and what is printed when Printing a case Deploy Mobile App to Production Environments
