USA - Research Associate I Location: Waltham, MA- Onsite Duration: Contract till May 2027 with possibility to extend Shift: 1st, Shift Monday to Friday Note: Local candidates only Possibility of an extension Free parking onsite Candidates with strong experience welcomed, Scientists with more than minimum years of required experience with bachelor's and master's degree welcomed. Must Have: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience Master's degree 2 + years of experience Strong verbal communication skills, including presenting results in team/group meetings Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a fast learner **Strongly Preferred: Demonstrated adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations on a daily basis, Strong foundation in molecular biology and microbiology techniques, including: PCR Restriction digestion Cloning Gibson Assembly Agarose gel electrophoresis Bacterial transformation Nice to Have : Familiarity with Benchling electronic lab notebook (preferred) Ability to independently design, execute, and interpret experiments.
