Closing date: September 8, 2026 Title: RESEARCH ASSOCIATE 1 Employee Type: Other Academic Department: LSUNO Physiology Campus Location: PHYSIOLOGY Job Summary/Basic Functions The Research Associate 1 will be responsible to function somewhat independently while assisting with and conducting laboratory experiments on research projects within well-defined guidelines, keeps abreast of current publications relative to methods, techniques, and developments within the area of research; collects, prepares, and analyzes specimens (or animal subjects), evaluates results of (or response to) process; summarizes data, and may provide supervision and guidance to junior level technicians.
