Overview EnquBio, a dynamic, technology-driven discovery and service company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate II/III to join our rapidly growing team in San Diego. As a member of the Discovery Biology group, you will play an integral role in conducting scientific research that supports the success of our discovery and cell sciences projects, contributing directly to innovative drug discovery solutions. Responsibilities Conduct bench-level experiments including cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, and other molecular and biochemical assays. Plan, execute, record, and analyze experimental results with guidance. Develop, optimize, and edit protocols with standard operating procedures for assay development Generate and maintain detailed records on of conducted experiments. Work independently or collaboratively with team members to develop new assays and protocols Perform support functions as required Ability to work in a BSL-2 environment, adhering strictly to Biosafety guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries. Proficiency in related molecular and biochemical techniques, Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis and instrument software applications Strong organization and record-keeping skills with attention to details Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. Collaborative and proactive attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
