Orbit is a brain-computer interface company working on improving humans. We've developed non-invasive brain stimulation devices which help humans sleep, reason, and improve their mood. We're a team in Boston with two devices in clinical trials. We want people who want to do hard work to help humanity. WHAT YOU'LL DO Run participant recruitment across multiple concurrent clinical studies. Handle IRB-required consent processes, screening, and scheduling. Manage regulatory paperwork and keep study pipelines moving. Communicate with participants by phone, email, and in person. Collect and maintain study data. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're open to people from intense clinical backgrounds — patient intake coordinators, MAs, care coordinators, ER nurses, EMTs, health educators, research assistants, scribes, behavioral health techs, military medics — who are organized and good with people. You don't need prior recruitment coordinator experience. Fast learner; independent judgment required from day one. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. REQUIREMENTS Based in Boston or relocating immediately Strong interpersonal skills; participants are your primary point of contact Organized enough to manage multiple study pipelines simultaneously Proficient with computers and data systems COMPENSATION Full-time: $100K–$150K/year.
