We are looking for a results-driven Reseller Channel Account Manager to shape and execute Mimecast's partner strategy across an assigned territory. You will own the performance of a partner and alliance ecosystem, holding partners accountable to business plans while driving partner-generated pipeline, revenue growth, and long-term customer retention. This role supports Mimecast's SMB segment across a Southwest territory. What You'll Do Opportunity Development: Drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue across new and existing accounts Client Relations: Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with partners and alliances Pipeline Management: Own and grow the partner ecosystem pipeline across key accounts and channels Goal Achievement: Deliver against ARR, renewal rates, KPIs, and partner targets Forecasting: Monitor performance and provide accurate insights and reporting to leadership Channel Engagement: Execute partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation strategies Market Awareness: Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and translate insights into partner strategies Feedback Contribution: Collaborate cross-functionally to refine partner programs and sales initiatives What You'll Bring: Experience: Strong expertise managing channel or alliance partnerships with full commercial ownership Consultative Selling: Ability to influence and align stakeholders up to C-suite level Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, and human risk management Channel S
