Prior residence hall experience preferred. Teaching experience preferred. Pending graduates eligible if candidate receives their degree by date of employment.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse student populations. Leadership experience and ability to motivate and empower others. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously. Problem-solving abilities to address resident concerns and conflicts effectively. Knowledge of student housing policies and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
